      - horrible management (I mean bad bad) - toxic culture - good emplyee notices the cons fast and leave. If they stay, they get laid off

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
