      Pros

      Create your own schedule, challenge yourself Depending on your market you may have a very easy job

      Cons

      0 work like balance, must cover gaps from callouts. You may work multiple weeks strait with no days off, 60-80 hours per week with no additional pay Near 0 training at all levels, company has no money to invest in infrastructure/staff. Bonus never get paid.

      Honestly, there's nothing I didn't like about that job. Except for going in the freezer lol.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
