Pros
The diversity of employees is amazing and we were like a little family. Always busy, so your shift flies by. Competitive pay, employee discount. Great place for a first job or college students, very flexible scheduling.
Cons
Management at my location was pitiful. 3 managers, 3 ways to do things. Only 1 of them would uphold company standards and stand up for employees if needed. Blame falls straight on the associate. Understaffed and underworld. Unable to properly maintain store due to this issue and being pulled in so many directions. There was retaliation in the form of reduced hours if you spoke to higher ups regarding issues. Coached on what to say before DM would visit.
