Co-workers and employees are great, the job is varied and you are never bored. Fun products.
Cons
Payroll allotment does not change. Even if you exceed sales and get hundreds of extra cartons not accounted for in your freight budget you have to work with your original payroll. The hours management are expected to work are unrealistic and unsustainable. You are scheduled 9 hours but are typically there 12 or more and expected to come in on your off days.
