      Pay is great to start people are amazing. Love the company concept.

      Cons

      They work you hard for the money, the hours I put in are ridiculous by the time I break down what I make it averages to about 10.00 an hour. I don't mind hard work but was told this was a family conscious company and I have yet to see this.
