Pros

Only pro I can think of is that my co-workers were nice. There was a semi good employee discount at 10%.

Cons

There are so many cons in this job. First thing I should say is that it is a very hands on and physically demanding job. Now, that is not a downside really. If you want a job, you have to be prepared to work. What's bad here, though, is that you only get one break every four hours. There were times when I had a 3 hour and 45 minute shift so I didn't even get a break that day. You are on your feet the entire time and if you even stop for a minute or two to take a load off, you're yelled at to get back to work. The training is bare minimum and you are really expected to just learn as you go. You are also written up for every little thing you do wrong. I was written up several times while in training for simple mistakes I made. Instead of just telling me what I did wrong and showing me how to fix it, they had to go and take me to the office and write me up like I was a little kid in trouble. They were also short handed most of the time(I wonder why) and I was having to do the jobs of two or three people. I was expected to run the whole cashier line by myself while still in training. I also had to lift things twice my size with zero help. I am a compact person who is only 5'2. So, that was very demanding for me physically to do. Overall, I would not reccommend working here.
