Refund policies change on the fly at the store managers discrepancy, which has disturbed the flow of business in many regards and leaves the customer highly unsatisfied, which is then blamed on the employee. Limit benefits by scheduling everyone under 25 hours. Don't allow employees to have drinking water readily available without a hassle.
