Colleagues , System which is theoretical and unfortunately not implemented , work security untill what happens in 2020 .
Cons
Speaking about Egypt plant most top management members are disasters sitting on chairs as they only care about securing their positions and take the most benefits for them and are not care about the other employees ( Middle management, staff , operators). Not care about how to run a successful business, instead thinking only on how to get a big portion from the cake. The pay is not competitive compared to other multinational companies, and have a big influence with how your relationship with the senior manager . The compensation and benefits dept. are completely amateurs and there is no criteria for promotion or giving benefit to the well performing calipers. This pushes the good calipers to escape from the company and leave the low capable inside which threatening the company future . There is no HR department there , only huge working staff doing nothing and have no power to support employees. LEONI Germany is aware about this disaster and about other corruption stories but seems that LEONI is not willing to change this chaos, instead seems that there is a hidden plan to close Egypt plants as no new business is going to Egypt but good business is going to other plants ( Tunisia , Morocco , Serbia, Mexico) .
