Pros

Great food. Lots of leisure time. Nothing else I can think of.

Cons

Office timings are such that you wont be able to maintain a work life balance. Managers are running it at 24/7 service based production support company. They are not ready to listen to employees opinions. Whether married/bachelor/have kids, all are considered same with no flexibility in terms of shift. Although the company has Work From Home policy, managers are too mean to allow people doing it even in worse condition. Managers can do anything they want without thinking anything good about their people. They are given all the power. They force people to agree on what they say. Company uses old technology which is outdated in market. While hiring they make false promises and later cheat like anything. Lowe's being in retail and run by service based by the managers doesn't sound acceptable. Managers just want to become superhero so they introduce new policy (even though it's not required many times) everyday but make employees life hell. They don't give a proper justification. So much politics on HR side as well where they don not follow the right processes and make employees suffer for everything. They make employees suffer a lot even for a small thing. The list is long to write down here.

Pros

Remote, great starting pay for entry level remote. Team environment was the best part of the experience.

Cons

Very limited to no advancement opportunities with pay increases that don't even match cost of living increases. No HR support and the culture reflects that... not a company that has any flexibility in the way employees are handled when they make a mistake it stacks and is not removes for a year. If you have three mistakes even if they are in totally different areas they will terminate even tenured employees with otherwise perfect records. Not a way to keep good employees.
