      Nokia has a very mature technical and process framework. The teams are well-organized, and the company has deep expertise in cloud-native and telecom-grade products, which provides great opportunities for systematic technical growth.

      Cons

      As a large organization, decision-making and resource coordination can sometimes be slow, so adopting new tools or technologies often requires extra communication and longer lead time.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
