      Pros

      work life balance -benefits are ok but nothing crazy -you can grow but it depends a lot on your manager and timining -office culture -travel options

      Cons

      -slow pay raise -currently not many openings so hard to climb the ladder

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
