Pros
- Good colleagues to work with and learn from who are always ready to help. - In SW, plenty of things to learn. Not always cutting edge, but reasonably interesting.
Cons
- Not sure how the future would look like with the new management. Stricter bonus policies that does not help with performance but will create a toxic work environment. - Learning technical topics deeply within the company is not well structured and often not well documented. It takes a long time finding resources and structuring them to learn something new.
