      Pros

      Work-life balance, career progress, the possibility of doing job rotation, good salaries and benefits, clear communcation from managers to employees.

      Cons

      Slow to innovate, too big and sometimes bureaucratic, a lot of people from old school (especially Finns) who don't seem to realize the world has changed.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
