Pros
The Berlin office of Nokia has a good personality and is a reasonably ethical atmosphere. They support free thinking and individualism. It also has a very good restaurant and nightlife culture nearby, making it a easy cultural environment for lunch and outside of work.
Cons
It was slightly autistic there, in that they seem to be remaking the same software again and again and never getting it right.
