      Respect and focus culture, high efficient with good quality control, another this is that the standardization process and global view.

      almost is good at it, and the only one key point is that the average salary of nokia is lower than some companies.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
