Pros
Great people and great team spirit in the individual teams. Excellent salary. Really good benefits and 401K match. Not too much internal politics any more, now that Symbian and Meego are dead.
Cons
The managers are not experienced or trained well, and many managers lack any people skills. The good managers are the ones who were trained elsewhere, not the ones that are home-grown. Do not expect much formal training; most of that was cut a couple of years ago. There is not much internal communication about strategy or successes/failures; you may not hear from your Director for many months.
