      Pros

      - The Nokia culture is great! This makes me inspired every day - Team dynamic is excellent - team have the trust and can backup each other - Agile software development is really comparative advantage of Nokia Chengdu

      Cons

      One minor thing in my mind is: The location is a little bit far away from the downtown.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
