Pros
The Work-Life balance at Nokia is the greatest draw. They understand the correlation between work and life; how a well balanced life with family and friends promotes and replenishes one to be ready to work each day. I never felt overworked, yet a lot was accomplished.
Cons
Nokia is a well oiled machine running at an incredible pace. It is very difficult to make significant changes in the engineering design and business model. Worker input seems ineffectual most of the time. Compensation is slightly below average.
