      You will always be updated with current emerging technologies. You will get a chance to work and explore newer technologies, both in terms of Softwares Languages /OS Platforms and Products.

      Cons

      No much of Salary hikes, and no onsite opportunities.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
