Pros
One of the best companies in telecom space, with a potential to rule the new domain of combining devices with servcies + experiences
Cons
too bureaucratic, too "finland" centric, the new structure essentially leads to multitudes of duplication of work (and hence confusion) last but not the least, execution of new strategy is pathetic
