      Best workplace environment, best compensation in the industry, superb benefits, excellent training, great career growth, opportunity to move anywhere.

      Cons

      There are no specific negative points working for Nokia. Only point is that their future is not looking as bright, but otherwise there is no negative.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
