      Plenty of opportunities open for freshers and junior level employees and will be recognized easily for the efforts made by an individual.

      Cons

      On site options are very rare and even if we get that would not be more than a month or two

      Unwritten expectation for evenings and weekend additional work. Felt like upper management viewed us as costs, instead of people.
