      Open environment, ethical company with focus on consumer quality. You drive your own career aspirations. Handled downturn with respect to leaving employees

      Cons

      Clockspeed and overcomplicated product portfolios. Been addressed in recent years with more Focus in individual accountability.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
