      Pros

      Takes inviduals into account and does things human and green way. Would had been a perfect place to work if the products & sales had been in good level...

      Cons

      Yearly co-operation negotiations & reductions made it difficult to let yourself be engaged fully to the company. One wants to plan the career years ahead, but the continuous reductions made it impossible.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
