      Pros

      very good work-life balance and very good benefit. We can choose to do what we like. The company is very nice to employees.

      Cons

      working style is a bit lazy. No tight schedule for product delivery. Technology is too narrow, not as good as competitors.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
