      A lot of benefits, work-life balance, the management team shows that they are truly concerned for the well-being of their employees.

      Cons

      It is difficult to assure a development-role opportunity, besides that, it is without a doubt this is an excellent company to work for and retire with.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
