Working with new features and functionality is always challenging and often very rewarding. Working with intelligent and dedicated colleagues makes the journey that much better.
Cons
Our opportunities for advancement, while often international, are somewhat limited, and communication from Executive Management tends to be extremely criptic in nature. Because of these two factors, planning for career advancement becomes an exercise in who you know, not necessarily what you know.
