      Pros

      It gives very good and Flexible work environment. Lot of good benefits are also provided to the employees like new phone and phone bills.

      Cons

      Most of the time you will be working on the same project and it becomes too monotonous that you will feel bored.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
