Pros
Salary is competitive, and people got a lot of freedom in that company. Arrange the time all by yourself as long as you could finish the tasks on time. Groups also have some weekly group party funding. It's a nice place to enjoy working.
Cons
It's a large company, which means each one is just a small part of that big machine. There is very few hero here. So sometimes you have to accept that even if you really want to do some more challenging works, you won't get it.
