      Good Work Life Balance Good Benefits, Vacation, 401K matching Well known World Wide Get to work with some cool technology.

      Cons

      Clueless Management. Lack of directions. Re Organization every six months. Less than competitive pay rate. Insist of mobile platform that's outdated years ago.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
