may become process oriented at times, some parts tend to be a bit slow when it comes to execution. Services and Software is faster compared to the rest of the org. HO in Finland which is a cold country. As Nokia is a big company, you may find bad bosses and colleagues here and there. Also the company culture varies from geography to geography and Unit to Unit. But if that do happen, there is always chance to move to another job within the company. Dont join nokia for a fat paycheque, join Nokia if you want to enjoy your work and have some time left to enjoy life.
