      Gives you exposure to new telecoms techinolgies. Emphasis on personal development, so good place to learn. Remote working the norm. Great experience in working in teams across multiple countries

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
