The company at each business unit level needs a clear strategy. It feels like we are grasping for things in the dark.
It feels that nepotism and favoritism is rife. At our location, every person they hire is from the office in from Israel or former Toshiba employees at the higher level. At the lower level, they
keep bringing in team members from the offices in India who get locked in because of L1 visa issues based on what I understand.
It is not a dynamic culture. The silicon valley vibe is missing and the experience is a bit jaded.
