Pros

The 401k is good? Healthcare is mediocre. There's a gym, that you pay for.

Cons

Organization changes every 6 months. Job security is low if you are not in India or NL. Upper management communication on organization changes is very poor and swept under the rug. Non-standard communication of organizational changes between departments. Everyone is clueless. Little to no employee development. No clear career development paths. Morale is rock bottom. This is not a fun or healthy place to work.

Pros

Caring for complete people internally and world ecosystem. Focus on making lives better with purposeful impact worldwide. Changes happening as around the world but continue to see push to promote from within.

Cons

Many levels of processes, however after working at a company where the processes were bypassed causing further delays down the line. I see and understand the purpose.

Pros

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Cons

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
