Pros
Some very clever people and big accounts to work on. If you're confident and resilient, there are opportunities to deliver great work.
Cons
Lots of DE&I and Wellbeing initiatives felt performative as leadership could be quite tough. Less experienced staff were often left to sink or swim, with little nurturing or sharing of expertise. I sometimes felt that the top people were those more adept at navigating corporations rather than being brilliant practitioners.
