Pros

- (mostly) nice people - interesting clients - A LOT of instant responsibility and projects - great for building portfolio - I feel like at some point EVERYONE has had a stop at this agency, so its a great place to network (esp. once you leave)

Cons

- some really incompetent people in leadership positions - just really insane high volume of work, I often felt like I had 3-4 different jobs but was barely getting paid for one - salaries are trash (even for Berlin) - not a place I'd consider in terms of really building my career; more of a pitstop Not sure how the rest of RAPP's offices globaly are set up - as the one in Berlin is VERY closely tied to TLGG and its pretty much like you work at TLGG. So I feel like my experience and rating is more of TLGG than of RAPP to be honest.

Pros

Great work-life balance, at least for my role, and salary above standards.

Cons

Working at Rapp was a total letdown. They sold me this dreamy project, but it never saw the light of day. Spent a whopping two months in onboarding, only to twiddle my thumbs most days. My team leader's constant reassurances of a plan for my role proved to be nothing but empty words. Promises of impending work were made, only to be followed by prolonged periods of inactivity and boredom. Despite expressing concerns and seeking support from HR and other operational leaders, my grievances fell on deaf ears. It was disheartening to witness the disregard for employee well-being and professional development within the organization. Adding insult to injury, discussions of relocating me within the Omnicom group were initiated, only to culminate in silence and eventual termination of my contract. The lack of transparency and communication throughout this process was deeply unsettling. In hindsight, my time at RAPP was a disillusioning experience, characterized by false promises, mismanagement, and a blatant disregard for employee welfare. I would caution prospective employees to carefully consider their options before committing to a similar journey with this company.
