      Pros

      Most people I've worked with have been great. They're tough, dedicated and passionate. Clients are well behaved and diverse. Working from home isn't greatly frowned down upon.

      Cons

      Some offices are difficult to work for. There's a lack of coordination and cross office mingling. Resources are less than there agencies. Vacation time is set in stone based upon tenure with the agency so regardless of how much experience you have you get the same as someone completely new

      Pros

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Cons

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
