      Benefits, coworkers, free food, health insurance, salary, good location, Omnicom is the parent company, vacation policy, nice office, clients stay because of Omnicom, so if you are on a Omnicom client, they will likely not leave.

      Cons

      Management is focused on hours worked not productivity. No transparency. Bad leadership and management, no one likes their jobs and stays for benefits and salary. Overpromise and underdeliver to clients.

      Pros

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
