Pros
Talented people have been brought in at a senior level and they are starting to transform an agency that had previously been somewhat stagnant.
Cons
Too often RAPP waits for people to seek another job before doing anything meaningful to make them happier in their roles (different clients, salary etc). It'd be far more efficient to be more pre-emptive.
