      Pros

      Its a good start, you get a feel of what its like to work in financial services.

      Cons

      It gets very repetitive and slow. Nothing really happens, you hardly get feedback on anything . The pay is quite poor and most people there have not been able to progress.

      Pros

      As an employee, I feel very appreciated. The flexible working hours allow me to manage my professional and private challenges well. Because of these opportunities and benefits and the work that satisfies me, I can't imagine working anywhere else at the moment. My supervisor in particular supports me in all things. I always feel well informed about new developments in the company. I would recommend Riverty as an employer to anyone, who is close to me.

      Cons

      Riverty could join Hansefit. Then you could keep fitter. And some internal processes take a little longer, but that's understandable for such a large company.
