      Worst place ever to work for - First Contact Advisor Riverty Employee Review

      Pros

      Dress down day every Friday and treats on payday.

      Cons

      Every single other thing. Managers sit on their backside all day unless going for 2 and 3 hour lunches, on top of that they are all stuck up their own backsides and each other's. No support for mental or physical health and absolutely no care in the world for their employees.

      Pros

      As an employee, I feel very appreciated. The flexible working hours allow me to manage my professional and private challenges well. Because of these opportunities and benefits and the work that satisfies me, I can't imagine working anywhere else at the moment. My supervisor in particular supports me in all things. I always feel well informed about new developments in the company. I would recommend Riverty as an employer to anyone, who is close to me.

      Cons

      Riverty could join Hansefit. Then you could keep fitter. And some internal processes take a little longer, but that's understandable for such a large company.
