Pros
Salary is ok. Not the highest, but good. If you need something can be bought, as a rich company. Provides a tons of trainings (see 'cons'), most of the people following the Bosch social culture inside the company which is also positive. German colleagues are helpful in most of instances. Stable company (see 'cons').
Cons
No appreciation of work efforts and results. Long days (8-20) in some (non-leader) positions. Bad process descriptions, unable to follow. Zero or difficult flexibility in thinking. Tons of trainings are not efficient. Ultimate things are missing from trainings and processes (e.g. process metrics). Company is not stable for employees' point of view as fluctuation is relatively high.
