      Work Culture, Nature of Work and Quality of people, Mentoring Strategy, Employee Development Plans, Onsite orientation program, BINOCULUS, 360deg feedback, A good company to retire from with a brand logo.

      Cons

      As such there are not much to say for cons, it's almost same what we have in other similar industries. Only thing is BOSCH is not a pay master.

      Great work life balance, good compensation, amazing 401k benefits, amazing corporate policies and processes, amazing opportunities to travel.

      Cons

      Too much processes sometime take over the actual engineering work.
