Company values, brand name, facilities like parents and in-laws medical insurance etc., A kind of momentum exists in company to make a difference

Work is mostly controlled by German counter parts, high resistance from German counter parts to give away core work to Bangalore division. Project managers are sandwiched between local managers and German counter parts to increase the value capture. RBEI is now venturing into products, I see a good future in company if global business plan and products business plan is executed well.
