In most of the project good development work is their so good place to learn and grow. 5. Company is always giving to much important to some new idea and patent filing. 6. Good onsite opportunity .
Cons
1. Compensation is not according to market standard. 2. Nothing is there to learn in some of the project so before joining this company make sure about your project work and your role and responsibility. 3 So much process oriented company so sometime employee get fed up of these process. Since you and your productivity will suffer because of these process.
