Employee involvement; administration is very strong in finding synergies between departments and therefore strengthen interdepartmental communication. Good and friendly working environment.
Cons
Sometimes employees can be overloaded with work as there is some shortage on staff. Interns don't often find chances to join the company due to shortage of positions.
