Pros
Automotive/ Powertrain technologies is a very interesting field of work, extremely nice and supportive people, high variety of things to do, easy to switch jobs inside the company, management is down to earth/respectful, flexible hours. I've only been here for a couple of months, but up until now I'm really happy.
Cons
At times appears to be very demanding, decent but average compensation, sometimes it's unclear what management's plans are. Sometimes tasks can be very repetitive.
