Good opportunity if you are placed in the right department under right manager for a fresher dept is purely on luck!
Cons
if you aren't lucky, you might be stuck with a bad manager with no onsite and no good work compensation is just OK. pathetic is your calibre is not considered in pay rise... its just the number of years of experience. Ppl with 10yrs experience adding no productivity would be earning a lot and people with high calibre and 3 yrs experience will be paid a minimal.
