Pros

- very accessible for students: they taking students in to make their practice during the summer and also offer them the possibility to continue to their diploma thesis together with the company, and most of the time, after graduation and if they did a good work, they are hired. which is a good think, since latest almost all companies are require experience.. and is hard to obtain that if nobody is hiring you

Cons

- there are moments when people with experience are not appreciated enough - not that many benefits
