1. adaptive to new business models, market and technology 2. always thinking from a customer perspective and coming up with initiatives to help customers run their business the best possible way 3. always thinking on ensuring the best possible work environment for the employees
Cons
1. with increasing competition pressure internal increases on employees for higher quality deliverables in shorter time, understandable. however at times people working at middle management level are not handled appropriately. this needs to be looked at.
